Refund policy
I do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges and all sales are final. When orders are placed that is an agreement and I will not cancel any orders for a refund.
All orders are thoroughly packed with care and once a package is out of my hands, it is the post office’s responsibility. I take necessary precautions to protect all orders before they are shipped. If there is any issues with the order you receive contact me through the website contact forum.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit you can file a claim on the UPS or USPS website.
If you have an issue with any products, please reach out via email.
Misuse of ANY discount code such as open box, sale or personalized codes will result in order cancellation. Discount codes aren’t meant for use outside of their intended purpose. By using a code that wasn’t given to you by me, you are forfeiting the right to place orders on this website.
OPEN BOX POLICIES:
Open boxes are a service I allow while communication is upheld and respected. Rules and details are always discussed prior to a customer opening one and starting a box is an agreement to adhere to these rules. I will hold boxes for (either) as long as individuals would like or as long as I can. When boxes are ready to be closed by the customer or by me, messages will be sent and shipping will need to be paid through a custom listing on my website. I will reach out multiple times over the course of 2 weeks and if I get no response after 14 days and at least 3 messages, the order will be cancelled and no refunds will be given. I will use the email provided at checkout to send a message about closing the open box and I’ll reach out via social media if the customer uses a platform. After multiple failed attempts to contact the customer over a 2 week period, the order will be cancelled and archived with no refund given. If a customer responds to a message and is notified of a listing being ready on the website, that invoice must be paid within 72 hours. If the listing isn’t paid within 72 hours of it being posted on my website, the order will be cancelled and no refunds will be given. No put-backs or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances once orders are placed. Creating and using an open box is an agreement to these rules. Failure to follow these rules can result in future order cancellations.
